GTN l Malang – Sebanyak 453 warga prasejahtera di Malang Jawa Timur kini dapat merasakan listrik berkualitas selama 24 jam. Hal ini dirasakan setelah PT PLN (Persero) berhasil menyalurkan program Bantuan Pasang Baru Listrik (BPBL) secara gratis di wilayah tersebut pada Minggu (14/10).
Prosesi penyalaan listrik program BPBL ini dihadiri secara langsung oleh Sekretaris Direktorat Jenderal Ketenagalistrikan Kementerian Energi Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Ida Nuryatin Finahari serta Anggota DPR RI Komisi VII, Ridwan Hisjam.
Bantuan ini pun disambut gembira oleh para penerima manfaat, salah satunya Joko Prasetyo (26). Joko mengungkapkan, sebelum memperoleh bantuan, laki-laki yang sehari-hari bekerja sebagai buruh bangunan ini terpaksa menyambung dari rumah milik tetangga untuk mendapatkan listrik.
_”Alhamdulillah_ kini keluarga saya bisa menggunakan listrik secara mandiri, terima kasih atas bantuan pasang baru listrik gratis yang sangat membantu kami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari,” tutur Joko.
Anggota DPR RI Komisi VII, Ridwan Hisjam berharap program BPBL terus berlanjut dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Hal ini juga dapat memacu peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
”Diharapkan bantuan listrik yang diberikan mampu membawa manfaat positif dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat,” ujar Ridwan.
Sekretaris Direktorat Jenderal Ketenagalistrikan Ida Nuryatin Finahari menyampaikan, BPBL merupakan bantuan yang diinisiasi oleh Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) untuk masyarakat yang terdaftar pada Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) atau berdomisili di wilayah 3T (terluar, terdepan, dan tertinggal) dan juga berdasarkan hasil rekomendasi Kepala Desa atau Lurah setempat. Pada tahun ini, bantuan ditargetkan menyasar ke 125 ribu rumah tangga prasejahtera di seluruh Indonesia yang belum teraliri listrik.
“Bantuan yang diberikan dalam program ini berupa instalasi rumah 3 titik lampu, 1 stop kontak, pemasangan, pemeriksaan dan pengujian instalasi Sertifikat Laik Operasi (SLO), biaya penyambungan pelanggan daya 900 Volt Ampere (VA) dan token perdana Rp100 ribu,” jelas Ida.
Direktur Utama PLN Darmawan Prasodjo menyampaikan, sebagai Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang diberi mandat untuk menyediakan listrik bagi seluruh masyarakat Indonesia, PLN mendukung penuh upaya pemerintah dalam mengalirkan program BPBL. Hal ini juga sebagai wujud keadilan energi di tanah air dan mengejar Rasio Elektrifikasi 100 persen.
”Ini adalah bentuk dukungan PLN terhadap program yang dirancang pemerintah dalam mencapai Rasio Elektrifikasi 100 persen di Indonesia pada tahun 2025. Semoga dengan adanya listrik ini mampu mendorong produktivitas dan geliat perekonomian bagi masyarakat penerima manfaat maupun secara umum,” jelas Darmawan.
General Manager PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi (UID) Jawa Timur Agus Kuswardoyo mengatakan khusus untuk Kota Malang 100 persen bantuan BPBL telah disalurkan. Agus merinci, hingga 13 Oktober 2023 PLN UID Jawa Timur telah merealisasikan bantuan BPBL bagi 18.293 rumah tangga prasejahtera di Jawa Timur dari total target 20.250 penerima bantuan.
“Untuk Kota Malang 100 persen selesai sebanyak 2.113 rumah tangga. Semoga bermanfaat dan mampu meningkatkan produktivitas masyarakat,” kata General Manager PLN UID Jawa Timur, Agus Kuswardoyo.
Agus melanjutkan, guna mencapai target total bantuan program BPBL di Jawa Timur, PLN akan terus menggenjot penyaluran program dengan bekerja sama baik dari pemerintah setempat mau pun para pemangku kepentingan.
”Kami akan bekerja keras dalam menuntaskan program BPBL di Provinsi Jawa Timur, dan kami berharap bantuan yang diberikan dapat termanfaatkan secara optimal sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat di Jawa Timur,” tutup Agus.
